IT SEZ Million Minds
Urbanaac's innovative project, IT SEZ Million Minds, is a remarkable achievement in the construction and design of IT infrastructure. This extensive project boasts a built-up area (BUA) of 1,400,000 square feet, strategically spread across two basement levels, a ground floor, and 16 additional floors under Phase 1. The construction was remarkably completed within just 12 months, a testament to the efficiency and dedication of the 80 skilled workers involved. The structure features a substantial use of precast elements, totaling 15,000 pieces, which facilitated the rapid erection process. Additionally, the design incorporates an impressive column-to-column span of 11.7 meters, allowing for expansive open spaces that are ideal for the dynamic needs of IT environments.
Narendra Modi Stadium
At Urbanaac, we build premium precast elements that optimize any construction project. The Motera Stadium stands tall in coherence with the prudent vision of Shri. Narendra Modi, the Honourable Prime Minister of India. It is now recognised as the World’s Largest Cricket Stadium situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It is sprawled across a massive 64 acres of land. The stadium has been designed for longevity for over 100 years to come. It comprises about 9000 pre-cast elements weighing from 3 MT to 285 MT.
Ahmedabad University
Ahmedabad University is highly-reputed and celebrated as one of the most prestigious universities in Gujarat. It offers a stimulating and holistic academic environment to its students. To enrich the on-campus experience, Ahmedabad University is augmenting an all-new Student Activity Centre to add to its superior infrastructure.
